Meet the Team

Meet the dynamic duo behind Jason Charles Jewellery: husband and wife team, Jason and Rachel.

With 35 years of experience as a master goldsmith, Jason takes immense pride in his work, blending traditional cradtsmanship with modern techniques like CAD and 3D printing. Outside of the workshop, Jason is always immersed in creative projects, whether its building custom hot rods or crafting a charming shepherds hut.  His passion for hands-on construction and attention to detail shines through in every endevour.

Rachel’s journey in the jewellery industry started at the age of 15, working in a silver shop on Saturdays. She went on to pursue her passion by obtaining a BA in Silversmithing, Goldsmithing, and jewellery design. Rachel began her career at ACB jewellery, where she met Jason, and refined her skills at the bench. In recent years, she has shifted her focus to gemmology, earning both FGA and DGA qualifications that are highly respected in the industry. Rachel’s creativity shines through in her beautiful window displays and the unique pieces she selects for the shop.

Jason and Rachel joined forces to establish Jason Charles Jewellery in 2006, a testament to their shared passion and expertise in their industry.  Their dedication led them to open their Sunninghill shop in 2011, where they continue to create and showcase their exquisite pieces.

The Rest of the Team

Beverley, Jason’s dedicated fellow goldsmith for over 20 years, is his invaluable right hand woman. With her exceptional skills as a bench jeweller, she expertly repairs a wide range of jewellery, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming presence in the shop.  Outside of work Beverley is an expert knitter, amazing everyone with her beautiful creations.
Kayley, the newest member on the team, takes charge of all things shop-related. She is leading Jason and Rachel into the modern world, entertaining audiences with captivating insta reels and tiktok posts.

Workshop

What makes us different is that everything happens right here under one roof, backed by over 80 years of combined experience. Repairs are personally undertaken by Jason and Beverley in our fully equipped on-site workshop, using advanced tools like our laser welder. This means we can repair pieces others often can’t, including delicate items and even costume jewellery. Jason also designs and creates bespoke pieces, bringing a personal touch to every commission. By blending traditional skill with modern technology, we unite heritage and innovation to deliver jewellery that’s truly one of a kind.

While the workshop is the beating heart of what we do—where designs are brought to life with care and precision—our shop is a stunning showcase of the finished creations.
